Val Chan: New York, NY, United States; Introduction I am a New York City mom of two funny little boys. I love hanging out with my family, making crafts, cooking, reading and working out until I'm ready to collapse. The best compliment I ever received was after my kids and I finished building a Lego Zoo complete with habitats for every animal. My boys hugged me and said that "Mommy makes everything more fun." How cool is that? I aspire to live up to their claim.
